Program to campare two String in Java

Following example compares two strings by using str compareTo (string) , str compareToIgnoreCase(String) and str compareTo(object string) of string class and returns the ascii difference of first odd characters of compared strings .

public class StringCompareEmp{
   public static void main(String args[]){
      String str = "Hello World";
      String anotherString = "hello world";
      Object objStr = str;

      System.out.println( str.compareTo(anotherString) );
      System.out.println( str.compareToIgnoreCase(anotherString) );
      System.out.println( str.compareTo(objStr.toString()));
   }
}

The above code sample will produce the following result.
